アスタナ カザクスタン ディベロップメント チーム

UCIワールドチーム「アスタナ・カザクスタン」の直属育成チームとして、2022年に立ち上げられたこのチームは、アジアのみならず欧州のUCIレースでもその存在感を示している。チームの主なミッションは、「カザフスタンの若手選手の発掘と育成」であり、既に多くのカザクスタン出身の選手たちを欧州のレースシーンに送り出している。2024年には既にUCIヨーロッパツアーのプロレースで3勝を挙げており（2024年4月1日現在）、カザフスタンの本拠地域であるUCIアジアツアーのツアー・オブ・ジャパン2024でも、圧倒的な戦力で臨んでくるだろう。
Established in 2022, the Astana Qazaqstan Development Team functions as a Kazakhstani UCI Continental cycling outfit, acting as the breeding ground for talent destined for the UCI WorldTeam Astana Qazaqstan. In its inaugural campaign, the team embarked on a dual mission: nurturing the progression of Kazakh cyclists towards elite levels while vying for success within the UCI Continental circuit. Expanding on these aims in the 2023 season, the team sharpened its focus on cultivating Kazakh talent, assembling a roster comprising six homegrown riders complemented by international additions.
