ツアー・オブ・ジャパン 2023

2021年に創業100周年を迎えた株式会社シマノに所属し、1973年に創設された伝統を有するチーム。歴史の過程で多くの日本チャンピオン、アジアチャンピオン、オリンピック代表選手を輩出してきた。時代と共に活動は変化しているが、より高い場所を目指す姿勢が変わることは無い。近年は『世界トップレベルで活躍する選手育成』という目的を掲げ活動する。

A team with a tradition dating back to its founding in 1973, affiliated with Shimano Corporation, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2021. Over the course of its history, the team has produced many Japanese champions, Asian champions, and Olympic representatives. Although its activities have changed with the times, its determination to aim for higher goals remains unchanged. In recent years, the team has been pursuing the goal of "developing players who can compete at the world's top level".
