UCIワールドチーム「EFエデュケーション・イージーポスト」直下型の育成チーム。アメリカ登録のUCIコンチネンタルチームとして、欧州を拠点にグローバルに活動しています。今季は所属選手の半数以上がU23カテゴリーの若手で、より良い環境下での選手育成を活動の主軸としています。日本人選手はU23全日本チャンピオンの仮屋和駿（ロードレース）、留目夕陽（タイムトライアル）の2選手をはじめ、U23カテゴリーの橋川丈、山田拓海、世界での経験が豊富で大きな飛躍が期待される門田祐輔と織田聖の6名が所属。グローバルスタンダートに沿ったチーム運営のもと、世界中から集まった才能豊かなチームメートたちと切磋琢磨し、世界への挑戦を続けます。

A training team directly under the UCI World Team "EF Education Easy Post". As a UCI Continental team registered in the United States, it is based in Europe and operates globally. This season, more than half of the team's riders are youngsters in the U23 category, and the main focus of the team's activities is to develop riders in a better environment.Six Japanese riders belong to the team: two U23 All-Japan champions, Kazutoshi Kariya (road race) and Yuhi Todome (Time Trial), as well as Jo Hashikawa and Takumi Yamada in the U23 category, and Yusuke Kadota and Hijiri Oda, who are expected to make great progress with their extensive experience in the world. Under the team management in line with global standards, they will continue to challenge the world in friendly competition with their talented teammates from all over the world.
