1973年のチーム立ち上げ以来、45年の歴史を数える伝統のチーム。過去、多くの日本チャンピオンやオリンピック代表選手を輩出してきた。時代と共に活動を変化させてきたが、より高い場所を目指す姿勢が変わることは無い。近年は『世界トップレベルで活躍する選手育成』という目的を掲げ活動をしている。2023年のJProツアーでは個人と団体において総合優勝を果たすなど、今勢いがあるチーム。
The team has a 45-year history since its establishment in 1973. In the past, the team has produced many Japanese champions and Olympic team members. The team's activities have changed with the times, but the team's attitude of aiming for a higher level has never changed. In recent years, the team has been working with the goal of developing riders who can play at the world's top level. The team is currently gaining momentum, winning the overall individual and team championships at the 2023 J-pro Tour.
