京都産業大学
2年ぶり3回目の出場。京都産業大学は、特定の母体に基づかず、学界はもとより各方面の志を同じくする人々の支持・支援・協力によって、1965（昭和40）年に経済学部・理学部の2学部をもって京都市・上賀茂に創設された。今大会はU23一年目の森田・渡邉が総合成績を意識し、矢萩・田村がステージ上位を狙っていく。とはいえまずは全員が完走することがチーム最大の目標。
This will be the third time in two years. Kyoto Sangyo University was founded in 1965 in Kamigamo, Kyoto, with the support and cooperation of people have the same goal in various fields as well as in academia. In this year's race, Morita and Watanabe, in their first year as U23 category, will be looking for overall results, while Yahagi and Tamura will be aiming for the top stage positions. That said, the team's main goal is to finish the Tokyo stage with everyone in the team.
