株式会社マトリックスがメインスポンサーで、大阪府高石市を拠点とし監督を筆頭に相も変わらずイケメンが揃った少年のような19年目のチームは、2019～2022年のJプロツアー個人／チーム総合優勝の4連覇、チーム7連勝、個人シーズン6勝、個人総合最多5勝、その他にも最年長の世界的レジェンドや現シクロクロスチャンピオンなどなどの記録持ちが多く在籍。毎年名言を打つチームが今季掲げる言葉は「勝安」“勝つこと安し”勝ちへの拘り、勝負への拘り、そして無事に帰還すること。全てを安らかにさせる「勝ち」こそが真の勝者。揺るがず惑わされず真っ直ぐに突き進む姿勢が強くさせ、そしてその実力を兼ね備えた強者ほど安全であること。他を否定し己の評価を上げるは単に安もん、己の実力で勝負しろ！穏やかなようで穏やかじゃない、魂込めた二文字掲げて堂々突き進む。
