NIPPO・EF・マルティーグ
U23カテゴリーの若手選手が所属選手の大半を占める育成チーム。8ヶ国から集まった19選手が所属し、南フランスを拠点にフランス各地のアマチュアレースを主戦場に、ヨーロッパのU23カテゴリーUCIレースや日本のUCIレースも転戦する。自転車競技の強豪国であるフランスでは、伝統的に非常に多くのアマチュアレースが開催されており、そのレベルの高さはプロフェッショナルに引けを取らず、毎年このカテゴリーから多くのプロ選手が誕生している。日本人選手はU23カテゴリー1年目の3選手を含む7名が所属。本場の環境に身を置き、国際的な自転車選手として必要不可欠な言語の習得もめざしながら、レース活動を行なっていく。
NIPPO-EF-MARUTIGUES is a French amateur club team registered in DN3 (Division National). The team's organization is Martigues Sports Ciclism, a community-based sports organization based in Martigues, a fishing village near Marseille in southern France. The team operates local races, supports the French DN category, and has 110 members, including children as young as 6 years old and non-licensed members, and is a traditional organization that will celebrate the 90th anniversary of its founding next year. The "DN section for over U23 category" is a part of the organization, which has been renewed this season with the addition of two new partners: NIPPO Corporation of Japan, which supports Japanese riders from various perspectives through international activities to improve their competitiveness, and EF Education First, the main sponsor of the World Tour Team. Although the team is based in France, it has seven Japanese riders and young members from Bulgaria, Australia, Poland, Finland, Ireland, and other countries.
