NTN presents 2019 ツアー・オブ・ジャパン

スロべニアの首都であるリュブリャナを本拠地としていたUCIコンチネンタルチームと、台湾籍のUCIコンチネンタルチームとしてスタートしたアタッキ・チーム・グストが2018年に合併して誕生した新生チーム。昨シーズンチームに所属していたタデイ・ポガチャル選手（スロべニア）は、U23版のツール・ド・フランスと呼ばれているツール・ド・ラヴニールで個人総合優勝を飾り、今シーズンはUCIワールドツアーデビュー後すぐに大きな勝利を飾っている。また、2018年のU23版ヘント〜ウェヴェルヘムを制したジガ・イエルマン選手（スロべニア）など、多くの優秀な若手選手を排出し続けている。今年のツアー・オブ・ジャパン出場メンバーの中で注目は、なんと言っても宇都宮ブリッツェンから移籍した雨澤穀明選手だろう。昨年のツアー・オブ・ジャパン京都ステージを制した雨澤選手にとっては初の欧州フルタイム活動であり、一皮むけた走りに注目したい。また、第1回ツール・ド・とちぎの覇者でもあるお馴染みベンジャミン・ヒル選手（オーストラリア）の走りにも期待がかかる。

In 2018, this team has established that merged with UCI Continental Team in capital city of Slovenia Ljubljana and UCI Continental Team from Taiwan. Tadej Poga_ar (Slovenia) who was in the team last year finished 1st in individual GC for Tour de l'Avenir which is called Tour de France of U-23 version and he has achieved a big victory after his debut of UCI world tour in this season. In addition to him, there is a lot of young and nice riders have been showing up in this season such as Ziga Ru_igaj (Slovenia） who won for 2018 Gent Wevelgem of U-23 version. This year, the most attractive rider in this team for TOJ will be Takeaki Amezawa who transferred from UTSUNOMIYA BLITZEN. It is first season for him playing in Europe, so we are looking forward to seeing his advanced race. Moreover, the famous rider Benjamin HILL（Australia）who is a champion for the first Tour de Tochigi is also expected his race.
