NTN presents 2019 ツアー・オブ・ジャパン

2018年に設立されたルーマニア籍のUCIコンチネンタルチーム。ツアー・オブ・ジャパンには初出場。首脳陣がイタリア人で構成されていることもあり、選手はイタリア人とルーマニア人が半々ずつの構成となっている。エース格のフェデリコ・ズルロ選手（イタリア）はUCIワールドチームに所属していた経験があり、オールラウンダーとしてチームを引っ張る存在。2015年のツール・ド・北海道覇者のリカルド・スタキオッティ選手（イタリア）は元NIPPOの選手で日本のレースを熟知している。そして、同じく元NIPPOで、今季からチームに合流した小林海選手の走りにも注目。ニックネームは寿司ドラゴンで、スペイン人の父と日本人の母をもつ。アマチュア時代はスペインのレースで修行を積んできた。2016年にはU23全日本選手権ITT及びロードレースの2冠を達成。まだ24歳と若く、持ち前のパンチ力を活かした走りでステージ優勝を狙う。

This UCI Continental Team from Rumania was established in 2018 and it is first time for them taking part in Tour of Japan. The team consists of Italian and Rumanian, because all their coaches are Ital-ian. Federico ZURLO (Italy) who is one of ace rider was in UCI world team and he leads the team as an allrounder. Riccardo STACCHIOTTI （Italy）who is champion for Tour de Hokkaido in 2015 knows Japa-nese race very well. Marino Kobayashi who used to belong to NIPPO joined to the team. We ex-pect to see his race. He has Spanish father and Japanese mother and his nickname is “Sushi Drag-on”. He practiced so hard and spent a lot of time for races in Spain when he was amateur. In 2016, he achieved to be a champion of both U-23 National Championship ITT and road race. He is still young and he aims to be a stage champion with his power.
