Article 6 : Supplies
5. For the following stages, supplies shall be allowed as follows:

Article 14 : Time Limits
1. If a rider is lapped before entering the laps indicated below, he will be disqualified and will not be allowed to start on the next day.
Osaka Stage
Must enter the 3rd lap to go
Suzuka Stage
Must enter the 7th lap to go
Shuzenji Stage Must enter the 5th lap to go
Fuji Stage
Must enter the 9th lap to go
Utsunomiya Stage
Must enter the 4th lap to go
Tokyo Stage
Must enter the 3th lap to go
2. If a rider is lapped after entering the lap indicated above, a time penalty will be given as follows:
(1) The rider's stage time will be calculated by adding a time penalty to the time recorded by the last rider finishing the stage.
STAGE TIME CALCULATION (Osaka, Suzuka, Fuji, Tokyo stages)
[the last finishing rider's time] + [the leader's average lap time when he enters the lap indicated above X 0.5 X number of uncompleted laps]
STAGE TIME CALCULATION (Shuzenji, Utsunomiya stages)
[the last finishing rider's time] + [the leader's average lap time when he enters the lap indicated above X 0.3 X number of uncompleted laps]
(2) If the time calculated as indicated in (1) above exceeds the Time Limit detailed in Article 14-1, he will not be allowed to start on the next stage.
(3) A rider will only be allowed to be lapped, withdrawn, and receive a calculated time twice. The third time he is lapped and withdrawn, he shall be eliminated.3. In the case of an exceptional situation (ex: a large number of riders are disqualified), the organizers and Chief Commissaire will make the final decision.
Article 17 : General Individual Points Classification (addition)
If this still does not determine the points leader, the leader in the General Individual Time Classification will be the Points leader.
